OM YOGA CLASSES
We will explain how breath work enhances and deepens your Yoga practice. There is a strong focus on sun salutation modifications + options, core strength and gentle inversions. Basic Meditation and Mindfulness tools will be offered too.
Morning Flow/Core Flow
Explore strong and gentle postures depending on the needs and energy of the class. Discover the relationship with your core and the effect it has on your posture which begins at your feet. Every class will offer something different.
STRENGTH + BALANCE
ALL LEVELS | set standing sequence
Give yourself time to focus on the details of alignment and build heat through muscle activation. The mental focus used to achieve and stay in alignment combined with flowing transitions between poses makes this class a moving meditation revitalizing the mind and body. We will practice the same standing flow each class too!
MELLOW HIP-OPENING FLOW
Cruise into your weekend with a gentle warming flow focused on hip opening, relaxation, and breath. Reggae, Island music and ocean sounds bring a fun and mellow vibe.
ALL seated | relaxing + Supported
Settle into supported postures focused on breath and guided relaxation to reduce stress. Bolsters & blankets will support deeper relaxation and release. Get better sleep and balance your body systems too! Relax. Recharge.
ALL SEATED | deep connective tissue release
Enjoy gentle pranayama combined with seated postures that support deep connective tissue release, conscious relaxation and practicing mindfulness. Make space in your mind + body to feel more peaceful.

This style begins with ALL LEVEL OPTIONS for Sun Salutations A & B (3-5 of each) Each class will also offer the same standing and seated poses allowing time to understand the intention of the pose as you focus on the little details of alignment and breath work. Advanced postures and alternatives will be offered. Let’s have some fun!
cardio Style | HEAT BUILDING
Let your mind go. Build heat as you focus on consistent fluid movement. Kimber/Holly will encourage you to work hard in a kind loving way and offers a very authentic practice. Advanced poses and alternatives offered. Namaste.
