Join Michael Turner for a two hour SATTVA Yoga workshop were we will be exploring the front body sequence and the key alignment of posturing the body to bring about balance, tranquility and the Sattvic state.
Following the asana sequencing, Michael will guide students through breathing exercises and a guided mediation with the analogy of gardening. This unique practice will give all practitioners the tools to experience a true and authentic practice of meditation.
