We will explain how your breath can enhance, deepen and advance your Yoga practice. There is a strong focus on sun salutations, transition poses, core strength and gentle inversions. Guided and Basic Meditation tools introduced.

Strong and gentle postures, depending on the needs and energy of the class. Explore the relationship of the core and the effect it has on our posture that begins at your feet. Every class will offer something different.

 

STRENGTH + BALANCE

ALL LEVELS

Give yourself time to focus on the details of alignment and build heat through muscle activation. The mental focus used to achieve and stay in alignment combined with flowing transitions between poses makes this class a moving meditation revitalizing the mind and body.

ALOHA FLOW

MELLOW HIP-OPENING FLOW

Cruise into your weekend with a gentle warming flow focused on hip opening, relaxation, and breath. Reggae, Island music and ocean sounds bring a fun and mellow vibe. Happy Aloha Friday!



RESTORATIVE

ALL seated - relaxing + Supported

 All seated restorative postures focused on breathing and guided relaxation to reduce stress. Bolsters & blankets will aid alignment and support relaxation. Wear layers for comfort and be prepared to relax and recharge! The key for more energy, better sleep and balancing your body systems!


“YIN” TUITION

ALL SEATED - deep connective tissue release

All seated,  includes gentle pranayama and meditation combined with seated and supported poses for deep connective tissue release and relaxation. Make space in your body and feel more peaceful.



ASHTANGA MIX

BUILDS HEAT with longer holds

The sequence will offer the same poses each time with some customization based on the needs of students in each class. Advanced postures and alternatives will be offered. Let’s have some fun! 

VINYASA

cardio PACE with HEAT BUILDING

Let your mind go, in this high energy, heat-building practice as you focus on consistent, fluid movement. This style is a faster cardio pace with a lot of focus on Sun Salutations, core work & balance postures.
