Give yourself time to focus on the details of alignment and build heat through muscle activation. The mental focus used to achieve and stay in alignment combined with flowing transitions between poses makes this class a moving meditation revitalizing the mind and body.
We do both strong and gentle postures, depending on the needs and energy of the class. Explore the relationship of the core and the effect it has on our posture. Every class offer something different. Come and play!
MELLOW HIP-OPENING FLOW
Cruise into your weekend with a gentle warming flow focused on hip opening, relaxation, and breath. Reggae, Island music and ocean sounds bring a fun and mellow vibe. Happy Aloha Friday!

All seated restorative postures focused on breathing and guided relaxation to reduce stress. Bolsters & blankets will aid alignment and support relaxation. Wear layers for comfort and be prepared to relax and recharge! The key for more energy, better sleep and balancing your body systems!
ALL SEATED - deep connective tissue release
All seated, includes gentle pranayama and meditation combined with seated and supported poses for deep connective tissue release and relaxation. Make space in your body and feel more peaceful.
YOGA NIDRA (MONTHLY)
DEEP RELAXATION + MEDITATION “YOGIC SLEEP”
Deep meditation time while lying in Savasana (Corpse Pose) can reduce stress for improved overall health. Guided visualization and contemplation can assist in physical, mental and emotional clearing. “Yogic Sleep” can calm brain wave activity creating a tranquil mind. Successful Yoga Nidra meditation is said to equal a full night’s sleep.
BUILDS HEAT with longer holds
The sequence will offer the same poses each time with some customization based on the needs of students in each class. Advanced postures and alternatives will be offered. Let’s have some fun!
cardio PACE with HEAT BUILDING
Let your mind go, in this high energy, heat-building practice as you focus on consistent, fluid movement. This style is a faster cardio pace with a lot of focus on Sun Salutations, core work & balance postures.
warming + cleansing
Reduce a stress AND Inflammation, aid your digestive system AND boost your metabolism. Get a natural AND healthy glow without having to head to a heated studio!! We will use traditional spices/teas to heat things as we settle in for meditation strength, and core work. Focus on the details of alignment and build heat. Inversions, Advanced Poses , and Essential oils are optional.
